Kick off your working shoes and enjoy a leisurely festive summer lunch paired with our unique 27 Varietal Rosé set against the backdrop of elegant Cape Dutch buildings, spreading oaks and soaring mountains.

The Bosman Family invites you to a celebration of sushi and wholehearted country food with our unique 27 Varietal Rosé and boutique-style wines in the captivating Bovlei Valley. Bring the family and enjoy SA’s favourite musical foursome, Bravo! who is well on their way to becoming one of the best male vocal groups in the country.

Sip ice cold Rosé whilst enjoying sushi, country food from Marc’s Restaurant and the local Delicatessen, take a cellar tour with our winemaker, play the ancient game of boules, watch the kids enjoy supervised pony rides and nannies day care available in the kiddies play area.

Our summer long lunch experience is set to linger on and on with fond memories of friendship, laughter and delight for some time to come…

The Bosman Family does not only care for quality wines, but children and families are just as special to us. Therefore kids can enjoy supervised horse rides on the estate whilst parents sit back and enjoy their wines. Horses that are used to healing children with disabilities and tender hearts at the Amado Animal Assisted Therapy Centre will offer horse rides on the estate at the Long Lunch hosted by Bosman Family Vineyards as part of this years Wellington Harvest Festival 2010. Horse rides (R5 per person) will go to the non-profit therapy centre and for a donation of R50 you will receive a free t-shirt.

2010 Harvest,Wine Making | Tags: , — Corlea Fourie @ 5:02 am

We harvested our Pinotage grapes early yesterday. It had a cool night in our cold storage room and we are gearing up to let it be sorted by 16 dedicated hands-all looking for that last green stalk that shouldn`t come anywhere near Tank 18. Just to give you a sneak preview of our Pinotage, I added a video clip  which was made at the WOSA Mega Tasting in October last year. Peter May asked me about our Pinotage 2008-and this is what I had to say. (Actually trying out all the interesting applications on Word Press!) Bosman Family Vineyards Pinotage 2008

2010 Harvest | Petrus Bosman @ 2:33 pm

The time has come to tread onto new territory. Out from the comforting vineyards and cellar that we love, into the blogosphere! There can be no better time than the present - starting with a new harvest.  We hope this blog  will give you the chance  to take a intimate look into our lives and how we live the brand.

Bon Vintage to all our friends in the wine industry!
